Starting December 8th at 12:30 PM Pacific, we found that ChatGPT connectors were unexpectedly disconnecting. Our engineering team has already rolled out a fix but it will take some time for the connector system to be fully restored. More updates will be shared as they become available.
Availability metrics are reported at an aggregate level across all tiers, models and error types. Individual customer availability may vary depending on their subscription tier as well as the specific model and API features in use.
