We encountered an issue where customers may have encountered the error "Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com." when attempting to interact with ChatGPT. The issue has been resolved, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

This was identified on April 15th at 9:30pm pacific and resolved on April 16th at 7:40am pacific.
